These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of greencode.ai (the "Site"), operated by Digital Tactics Ltd on behalf of the GreenCode project. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the website (acceptable use)
You agree to use the Site lawfully and reasonably. In particular you must not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- Send unsolicited or commercial messages through the Contact form, or use it for harassment, hate speech, or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server it runs on, or any connected database or system.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other technically harmful material.
- Conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks against the Site.
- Scrape, mirror or systematically extract data from the Site at a rate or volume that disrupts service for other visitors. Reasonable, well-behaved access by search-engine and AI crawlers (subject to
robots.txtandllms.txt) is welcome.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, source code, and the "GreenCode" word mark — is owned by Digital Tactics Ltd, by GreenCode project partners, or by third parties whose content is used under licence. All rights are reserved.
The GreenCode project is labelled by ITEA, the Eureka Network's software innovation cluster. The Eureka Network and ITEA marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here under their applicable usage guidelines.
You may view the Site, share links to it, and quote short extracts for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
4. Disclaimer / no warranty
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement of any content on the Site.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to any fees paid by you to us in respect of that use — which, since the Site is provided free of charge, will normally be zero.
